My name is Claire Smith and I am a fully trained and insured Reflexologist. As a member of the Association of Reflexologists I abide by their Code of Practice and Ethics.

 

I provide foot and hand Reflexology at Just Beauty and am available for appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

 

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy based on the theory that different areas of the body and its systems can be mapped onto the feet and hands and that by applying gentle pressure to the specific points, or reflexes, it can help to relax and restore natural balance to the body.

 

Reflexology can have several benefits – it can help to improve relaxation, release stress and tension, aid restful sleep, and it can help to improve general mood and wellbeing.

 

 

At your first appointment, prior to treatment, I will go through a full consultation with you to find out about your health, wellbeing and lifestyle. This information will be used to ensure the sessions can be tailored to your individual needs.

A full reflexology treatment costs £45 and lasts about 50 minutes. Please allow 90 minutes for your first appointment (to include the initial consultation) and 60 minutes for subsequent appointments.
